The Bethany Bytes Network What makes the Bethany Bytes Network different from a normal internet cafe you would find other places? That's easy! We use enterprise level network equipment to bring you a high speed, always on network that you would typically find at a major ISP, not an internet cafe. We have spent countless hours tweaking and fine tuning our equipment to bring you the best experience possible while you vacation to our wonderful little town. Our internet connection consists of 2, 4 megabit business class cable modem connections. While working with our ISP we can assure you that we have one of the best connections that you can get to the internet anywhere in Southern Delaware. By utilizing our ISP's priority routing features, we can get a quick connection to the Internet backbone allowing you to connect to all your favorite internet servers and websites at blazing fast speeds. We seperate and shape our traffic dynamically allowing all outgoing and incoming traffic to be load balanced by type over our two modems, ensuring someone surfing on one side of the room doesn't interfere with the intense gaming happening on the other side. What if I just want to use wireless? Do I get all this cool stuff? Yes! You get to use one of the most advanced and largest Wireless Networks in the area. We allow you to purchase time directly from your laptop anywhere you can get on our network. You can do this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We utilize online credit card processing, so all major credit cards are accepted. While you are surfing our network, we don't just have the typical access points you would get down at your local Best Buy. We use enterprise grade equipment, most of which is the same equipment being used by our military all over the world! This allows for the most reliable connection while still being able to server large amounts of users. We traffic shape all internet traffic to provide you with a great experience that you just can't find anywhere else in town. We also provide ethernet jacks at each of our business workstations for you to use if you don't have a wireless card.
